It's 15th May and I'm back! Happy, Amani?
:)I am, like many of you, currently blogging on how MYE went. I am, unlike many of you, going to blog a short paragraph on how MYE went. Syafiqah told me that it's scary to sit next to me in an exam; I write a lot and I'm "consistent". I still don't know in what way I'm consistent. But I know that for this MYE, when I write a lot, I'm trying my luck and putting in anything I think is in context with the question. This doesn't apply all the time.
I think I'm rambling and I think you're thinking that too.
To tell you the truth, tonight I only want to blog on what happened today and today only. I'm pooped. We had Combined Science from 8 to 9 in the morning. From that moment on, MYE went dead and gone. You might have thought we jumped for joy and yelled, "YAHOO!". But we didn't. We couldn't anyway; the Sec 2s still had exams going on.
My route with Nadia and Wani started from:
SCHOOL TO MY HOME TO TM TO DTE
AND THEN FINALLY TO E!HUB.
Wani left at TM.
McCafe @ DTE.
"Too much foam, Nadia; you can't see the coffee!"
....
"Ruin the fancy foam then; I know you want to."
And finally at the Cathay at E!hub.
We met Amani, Lina, the Aishahs and Surekka at E!hub and watched Angels & Demons. I would have rated the film a 5/5 but the sound system ruined the whole film. We couldn't hear what that Cong-something confessed! I tell you, I'm going to borrow the book and watch the film one more time. Or more. Hence, I'm rating it a 4.5/5. I know that it's a good film and all but let me give you one good advice; this film isn't for the faint-hearted. Don't watch it if you can't take blood and violence.
Remember the sound system I mentioned a while back that ruined the whole film? A worker held us back at the end of the film to tell us that due to inconvenience, the movie's ticket can be used at any Cathay outlet for any movie for free! Cool or what? And here I thought today would suck.
I'll end off my long entry with a traditional Maliah-Nadia picture. Bye!
