"Heavy and dizzy. I could feel saliva collecting in my mouth like it would before I vomit. But I didn't vomit. I started seeing specks. I thought that if I blinked, the specks would go away like after I rub my eyes. But it didn't. Slowly, my vision blurred and everything started to turn black.
I think I felt my eyes closed. As if I were about to sleep. Before I knew it, I lost my balance and started swaying from side to side. I felt like a drunk swaying like that. All I wanted was to find a support to lean or grip on. But it kept moving away from me. I didn't know what happened next but for a moment my vision was restored. I could see. I could see Mdm Rozila running to me. I could feel. I could feel hands gripping me. I could hear. I could hear Nadia calling my name. Ms Junainah was beside Mdm Rozila. They asked me how I felt and at that point of time, my suspicions were confirmed."
It wasn't a dream; it was real.
I really fainted in the parade ground at the time the whole school was quiet.
The feeling was surreal. The incident was a distant memory even if it happened recently.
